Getting To Know Our Space
We are a holistic concept salon. Simply walking into our salon and you can smell the difference. With essential oils infused into the air it's a pleasant surprise to all who come through our doors, not exactly what most expect walking into a salon. Most products are handcrafted in house with organic or natural ingredients, for the products we retail or use (not made in house) all are always less toxic.
It's our mission to help you achieve raw natural beauty -- from the inside out - and of course with our less toxic, organic, and holistic products.
Canceling Your Appointment
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call 760-778-1374. If we are closed please leave a voicemail.
We want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to re-book your appointment slot. Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours to cancel all appointments. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld we require a credit card to book an appointment. Appointments canceled within 48-24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100%. We do not charge this fee for those canceling due to illness. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. Thank you for supporting us by respecting our policy.
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be expected to pay for the time they reserved. We try our best to accommodate each individual guest which means your scheduled service is to take place within the given time frame, exceeding that can pause the natural flow of the day. Lateness cannot be accommodated for express services, consultations, or services for new guests.
Please reschedule if within 24 hours of your appointment you start to feel any flu-like symptoms, this will not affect the cost of your appointment.
Purchases
All sales are final. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, however some services can be traded, speak with your stylist to see how we can better accommodate you.
